Jeannine Scheinhorn, M.D.

Dr. Scheinhorn is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who has been in private practice for 22 years. She is a 1981 graduate of Tulane University Medical School. She completed her Residency training in Ophthalmology at Louisiana State University Eye Center in 1985. She is a member of 8 Professional Organizations and is active in continuing education classes. She truly loves practicing in her field.

Armineh Amarkarian, L.D.O.

Armineh has over 20 years experience in the Optical industry. She is highly skilled and knowledgable in all technical and fashion aspects of eyewear dispensing. She will be happy to assist you in selecting your perfect pair of glasses.

Dr. Scheinhorn is backed by a dedicated staff combining years of training and experience in the field of Ophthalmology. We are proud to say that each and every member of our eye care team has years of experience in the field.

Douglas A. Exon, NCLS

Doug ia a gradulate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he is also an ex US Air Force pilot.

In 1975 he began working for Vision Contact Lens Compnay, manufactuer of hard and gas permeable contacts, learning their fitting characteristics from the manufacturer's point of view and learning modification techniques to solve fitting problems.

In 1976 he started fitting soft and gas permeable lenses for both Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. He is presently employed as a lens fitter for 5 Ophthalmology practices.

He is certified by The National Board of Contact Lens Examiners, maintaining his status by continuing education classes.
